1. Weight Drifting / Inconsistent Reading

Cause: Load cell damaged or junction box loose
Solution: We check all 4 load cells, replace faulty one from our stock at Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Hapur & Merrut.

2. Display Shows "OL" or "Err"

Cause: Overload or shorted load cell
Solution: Immediate load cell replacement. We stock all capacities.

3. Display Blank - Power ON But No Digits

Cause: PCB failure or display board issue
Solution: Component-level PCB repair at our Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi workshop or instant console replacement

4. Scale Not Turning ON

Cause: Battery dead, adapter failed, or internal fuse blown
Solution: New battery, transformer, or adapter - all available at every center

5. Platform Unstable / Wobbling

Cause: Load cell mount broken or platform damaged
Solution: On-site welding, leveling, and mechanical repair

6. Keypad Not Working / Stuck Buttons

Cause: Membrane worn out or PCB keypad circuit damaged
